What's included: Project guidance, fresh design perspective and honest input, space planning and implementation.
We have 4 different blueprint tiers: All include (General Overview-Door & Window Schedules, Floor Plan, Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, Rough-In Plan, Electrical Plan, Cabinet Elevations)
-2D Basic (Blueprints only, no 3D Experience)
-3D Basic (Includes basic finishes, 3D walk-through and general renders)
-3D Mid (Includes finish recommendations - 3D walk-through and limited renders)
-3D Premier (Includes project specific finishes - 3D walk-through and unlimited renders)
Each project will be evaluated and package pricing will be sent after initial meeting
New Home Design
Process (4-8 weeks)
1. Initial meeting to discuss the project and any ideas you may have.
2. Projects fees are typically calculated from under-roof square footage, (6) revisions are included, anything beyond that is billed hourly. The project estimate will be sent before any work is done so you know what the discussed project will cost. ($500 deposit due if you choose to proceed)
3. PDF of preliminary plans will be sent via a personal online portal with unlimited access.
4. Interactively make any adjustments to the plans via email or zoom meeting (50% of the total estimate due)
5. Follow up with any additional changes (as much time as the client needs; can be days to months)
6. Finalize floor plan & generate construction drawings (75% of the estimate due to move to finals phase turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks)
7. Final PDF and renders are sent via a personal online portal for download. (Remainder of the bill due) Portal will remain active for 3 months after project completion
Remodels & Additions: Greater Spokane & Coeur d'Alene Area
Process (3-6 weeks)
1. JJZ Design expert will come to take a look at your space, we will talk through design ideas/ goals for the space, complete measurements are taken and an As-Built drawing will be generated in 3D on site. (As-built fee will be assessed at the initial consultation)
2. Remodels are billed by the hour. ($500 deposit due if you choose to proceed)
3. PDF of preliminary plans will be sent via a personal online portal with unlimited access.

5. Follow up with any additional changes (as much time as the client needs; can be days to months)
